Crosstown Development
The Crosstown Development project is being completed in two phases. Phase One includes cataloguing, dismantling, and salvaging the stone portions of the building for reinstallation. Phase Two includes a steel retention system and masonry restoration.
A unique element of this Project is the fact that the steel retention system is part of the façade. The heritage façade is being incorporated into the new development.
