Timmins Service Canada Centre

With expertise in concrete and masonry restoration, metalwork, and scaffold system erection, BRC was selected as a one-stop shop to revitalize the building envelope.

Work included removing each Indiana limestone panel on two elevations and replacing all lintels and shelf angles. The underlying concrete substrate also underwent restoration.

Additionally, work included placing a semi-permeable air-vapour barrier between the limestone cladding and the masonry and concrete substrate.
